Shipping Policy

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

Jody Lo ships products to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Corsica, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are prepared from Monday to Friday, except for Belgian public holidays . Orders placed from Friday noon to the end of the weekend will be processed on Monday. Each order is prepared within 48 hours, then handed over to the carrier for delivery to the address given at the time of order confirmation. No delivery will be made to post office boxes.

Deliveries are made by an independent carrier, to the address mentioned by the Customer when ordering and to which the carrier can easily access.

​

Some Products are subject to specific shipping regulations and cannot be delivered to certain countries. It is the Customer's responsibility to check the specific shipping restrictions.

TERMS OF DELIVERY

​

Delivery costs are based on the country of destination, the weight and volume of the order and  the insurance option.

The amount is indicated at the time of order confirmation.

Jody Lo undertakes to make every effort to deliver the Products quickly after confirmation of the order.

In any event, Jody Lo declines all responsibility for any loss or damage suffered by the Customer due to a delay or a case of force majeure during delivery.

In addition, Jody Lo will inform the Customer of any delay as soon as possible. The latter will then have the possibility to cancel the order subject to the legal provisions.

2.1 Delivery Difficulties

The Customer is required to indicate a correct and complete delivery address when ordering. It is the Customer's responsibility to check the delivery address on each of the e-mails or letters provided and to inform Jody Lo without delay of any error or omission via store@jodylo.com. Jody Lo reserves the right to invoice any additional delivery charges applicable due to an error in the delivery address due to the Customer.

If the delivery cannot be made to the address indicated for reasons beyond Jody Lo control, the carrier will inform the Customer as soon as possible by e-mail and will indicate a later delivery date or time.

The Customer is obliged to check the condition of the products delivered. He has a period of three days, excluding public holidays, from the date of delivery to express in writing by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, any reservations or claims for non-conformity or apparent defect of the products delivered (e.g. damaged package, already opened...), with all the relevant evidence (photos). After this period and failing to comply with these formalities, the products shall be deemed to be in conformity and free of any apparent defect and no complaint may be validly accepted by Jody Lo.

Jody Lo shall reimburse or replace, as soon as possible and at its own expense, the products delivered for which the Customer has duly proven the lack of conformity or apparent or hidden defects.

2.2 Receipt of Products

Each delivery is deemed to be made as soon as the carrier makes the products available to the Customer or to a third party designated by the Customer, as evidenced by the control system used by the carrier. No dispute relating to the delivery itself shall be possible if the package appears to have been delivered, the carrier's computer system being proof of this.

Upon receipt of the Products, the Customer may confirm on the delivery note that the Products have been delivered in good condition. If this is not the case, the Customer must refuse the delivery. If the Customer is not able to check the condition of the Products at the time of delivery, he will indicate on the delivery note the mention "NOT VERIFIED".
